Understand the platform terms to protect your rights"GoPiNet" is dedicated to providing a Pi ecosystem service platform, assisting Pi merchants in promoting their Pi services and products, and offering quality Pi-related information to users. To achieve this goal, we must fully protect each user's rights and privacy, while also ensuring the security of the system. Therefore, we establish these terms of service, forming a contract between users and the platform provider for mutual compliance.
By using "GoPiNet" services, you acknowledge and agree to all the provisions of the following terms of service:
1. Disclaimer of Warranty
"GoPiNet" does not guarantee the transaction process or product quality for items promoted or sold through the platform. Users understand that all products or services sold through the platform are the sole responsibility of the provider, and "GoPiNet" holds no liability for any defects or warranty issues.
2. System Interruptions or Failures
The platform may encounter disruptions or delays due to network or hardware failures, resulting in communication errors, data loss, or damage. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, "GoPiNet" bears no compensation responsibility but will make sincere efforts to maintain and improve service quality.
3. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and are responsible for any images, texts, or activities performed via the admin panel. Users agree not to:
- Upload or store defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, or otherwise illegal content.
- Upload or store content that infringes on intellectual property rights or other rights of others.
- Upload or store viruses or any programs that could damage or interfere with computer systems or data.
- Access systems or networks without authorization or impersonate another person's account.
- Disrupt or interfere with other users' access to "GoPiNet" services.
4. Termination of Services
If you violate these terms, "GoPiNet" reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time.
If any uploaded or stored content is found to violate the law, the terms of service, or infringe third-party rights, the platform reserves the right to remove or delete such content immediately.
5. Modifications to Terms
"GoPiNet" reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Changes will be announced on the "GoPiNet" website and will become effective immediately upon posting, without separate individual notifications.
The platform is committed to protecting each user's privacy, including account information and personal data stored. Except in cases of legal obligations, infringement, or user consent, the system will not arbitrarily monitor, modify, or close user data.
In the following situations, the system may view or provide your information to authorities or third parties with proper proof:
- As required by law or by order of judicial or other competent authorities.
- To protect the security of the "GoPiNet" system or the legitimate rights of the operator.
- To protect the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.
If user data is intercepted, stolen, forged, or tampered with during registration or transmission, "GoPiNet" assumes no liability; however, it will make every effort to implement appropriate security measures to protect user data.
Pi Eco Wall Posting Rules
Please follow the posting rules to create a friendly and positive Pi ecosystem community.- Each user may post up to 1 post per day.
- Posts must be related to the Pi ecosystem, sharing valuable ecosystem information, events, or wishes, etc.
- Posting content that violates copyright, contains pornography, violence, or other illegal content is prohibited. Violators will be warned; repeated offenses will result in permanent account bans.
